The S-4 Datanet was designed by S-4 to foster communications between users regardless of geographic location or computer ability. It is our hope that this will foster communication between all users on the web, and allow a meeting place to individual s to discuss Ufology, Area 51/S-4, and mostly a place to hold town hall meetings so people in general can actively participate in the S-4 Database.
